| Do you suffer from knee soreness after you play squash? A lot of club players find that a piece of tape about 18" long applied firmly over the sock just above the ankle helps reduce knee soreness. Why? The tape dampens the vibration that occurs in the tibia and fibia (bones of the lower leg) every time your foot strikes on the floor. If you have knee soreness, we recommend you try this.
